Convicted serial rapist and murderer Thabo Bester, and accomplice Nandipha Magudumana, were arrested in Tanzania over the Easter weekend after fleeing the country.

On Wednesday, security company G4S which operates the Mangaung Correctional Centre, where Bester faked his own death, had to account to Parliament how he escaped.

But how did Bester leave the country undetected?
