READER LETTER | Simple saving plan to make a big difference

South Africans are known for being reckless money spenders. We are very poor when it comes to saving as most of us lack financial discipline, education and modesty.

That can be sorted through a simple saving plan, and here it: R5 every day = R1,825 a year; R10 every day = R3,650 a year; R35 every day = R12,775; and R50 every day = R18,250 a year.

Something to think about in 2023. It's practically achievable and possible.
