The Libyan hotel owner’s claim of an unpaid bill as justification to hold two Marumo Gallants officials hostage at his facility for nearly two weeks is legally flawed and ethically bankrupt.
At issue here is a claim by the hotel owner Dr Ali Elzargha, who says he paid nearly R700,000 for the Limpopo football club to fly to and stay in Libya to play in the CAF Confederations Cup on March 19...
